Tracy McIntyre has nearly 25 years of experience running non-profits in Montana's economic development community. A proud rural champion, Tracy has played a key role in guiding communities through significant transitions and is a published author on rural leadership and development. She leads with humor, realism and honesty, is a community facilitator, and believes strongly in
giving back. Originally from Eureka, Montana, she now calls Great Falls home, where she manages two nonprofits focused on fostering community through cooperatives. Tracy’s passions extend beyond her professional life—she treasures time with her niece and nephews, explores Montana’s beauty with her partner Austin, and dotes on their spirited puppy, Teeka Jo.
